On February 11, Brian Jagde and soprano Ana María Martínez, both stars of the Lyric Opera of Chicago’s current production of Madama Butterfly, share the stage with baritone Ricardo José Rivera, a Ryan Opera Center ensemble member, and series Artistic Director and pianist Craig Terry for a concert part of Harris Theater’s Beyond the Aria series.

Produced by Harris Theater in association with Lyric Opera of Chicago, on the Pritzker Pavilion Stage at Millennium Park, Beyond the Aria offers audiences a one-night-only experience with some of the most exceptional operatic talents of our generation in an intimate, “cabaret-style” setting. The artists perform a program of their choosing, which may include opera, art song, Broadway standards, folk song, jazz, and more. Learn more about the concert series here.
